1. Pointing to the peer to peer apps on the PC PLATFORM, what are your thoughts on peer to peer apps or the possiblity of such an app on a MOBILE platform?
   What type of copyrights roadblocks do we see happening, if any? (as anyone can make an mp3 ringing tones from a copyrighted song but as long as its less than “so many seconds” then its considered a sample, do you think that this falls under a copyright infringment if i pass this “sample” as a ringing tone to other capable mobile devices either via mms / or bt / IrDA connection?)
